If you wish to be onboard during your mooring service, please let us know and you will be contacted closer to the time of your scheduled service.
We advise that you schedule a booking 3-6 months in advance of your mooring’s expiry. This helps to ensure that your mooring is serviced as close as possible to its expiration date, especially if it is a requirement for your insurance policy.
Please note that an additional administrative fee may be applied for processing photos related to repairs or replacements. This fee will vary depending on the number of items requiring attention and the quantity of photos taken and uploaded.
This is a reminder that if you sell or transfer your mooring, any associated booking you have made with us will remain active in our schedule under your name. You will be liable for all work carried out unless we receive a cancellation notice from you before any work has been completed. Please notify us by email or phone call as soon as possible, if you wish to cancel your booking.
